Safety information

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
    • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
    • Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
    • Ensure candles are kept away from flammable materials such as curtains, clothing, or paper.
    • Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use to prevent smoking and uneven burning.
    • Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface to avoid tunnelling.
    • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Extinguish with a snuffer or spoon — avoid blowing out to prevent hot wax splatter.
    • Ensure the candle is completely extinguished and not smouldering before leaving the room.
  • Keep the wax pool free of debris such as matchsticks or wick trimmings.
    • Avoid moving a candle while lit or when the wax is still liquid.
    • Stop use when 1–2cm of wax remains to prevent overheating the container.
